I was responsible for all digital related matters from UX to marketing communications and IT in Europe, US and Rwanda.

tl;dr

• Made website responsive within 3 weeks instead of the planned 4 months.
• Designed a scope for an automated marketing tool for WakaWaka Rwanda.
• Setup an Agile process for development in Europe and Rwanda.
• Setup an internal process for project management with Trello and Slack. This enabled a better overview for all colleagues of the work that needed to be done.

Lessons learned
