As the UX Lead I mainly acted as the connection between the in-house Dyson team and Accenture. Translating wishes on both sides whilst keeping the end-user in mind.

tl;dr

  • Lead alignment meetings with Dyson design, tech and Accenture tech. In these sessions I represented the end-user.
  • Lead alignment sessions with frontend devs in Argentina
  • Lead the communication and mitigation of Ad Hoc challenges that needed to be discussed ASAP between Dyson and Accenture
  • Focused on standard design patterns and quick usability tests with low fidelity mockups
  • Collaborated with Dyson on timely creation of content assets for go-live
