  • Product Design & Research for B2B tool
  • Quickly setup a pragmatic design system that could be used for now and later.
  • Stakeholder management in a complex environment for Albert Heijn, Delhaize, Alfa Beta and development party Adhese in Belgium
  • Setup a standardised way of working and acted as PO for the initial release of the tool
  • Facilitated multiple sessions to align on objectives and next steps, i.e. Design Sprint, Story Mapping, Value Proposition Canvas etc.
  • High level design for Enterprise UX tool
  • High level setup of standardised flows and patterns for all Enterprise UX @ Albert Heijn
  • Provided temporary support for Customer Journey Management project

Lessons learned

  • Transparant, honest and timely communication goes a long way.
  • An objective and curious team member is worth their weight in gold.
